Terms & conditions of purchase

We offer smoking accessories (rolling paper, tubes and filters) and coffee. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT) where relevant. We reserve the right to modify prices; the applicable price will be the one in force at the time the order is placed.

The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart and completes the order by providing shipping and payment details. Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Sales are restricted to persons over 18.

Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment gateway of Banco Santander (Redsys) and Stripe, with 3-D Secure protection. T.F.E.O.P. SL does not store full card details on its servers.

We ship to Spain, Portugal and France. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination and the characteristics of the order, and are communicated to the customer before confirming the purchase. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination and the carrier.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without justification, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery (for example, coffee or food products once opened) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at ceo@tfeop.com. Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the product has been received and checked, the amount paid will be refunded by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be borne by T.F.E.O.P. SL.

Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish law for new products.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the competent courts and tribunals will be those applicable under consumer protection legislation.
